Working with Benchwell
Who employs the person?
Your choice. We can employ them and charge you one monthly price, or they can join your own payroll. Either way they work full time on your team.
How much does it cost?
A full-time hire on our payroll is $1,900 a month for assistants and support, $2,800 for specialists, and from $3,800 for senior roles. There's no setup fee. You pay monthly and can stop with 30 days' notice.
What if someone doesn't work out?
We find someone new at no extra cost. There's no minimum contract, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
Do they really work US hours?
Yes. Each person works the hours you agree, in your time zone.
Can you handle patient data?
Yes. Healthcare hires start only after we sign a business associate agreement (BAA) and set up access the way your practice wants.
Pricing
What does the monthly price cover?
Finding and testing candidates, your hire's full-time salary (we employ them), and a free replacement if someone isn't right. One invoice a month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. And you pay nothing until you pick someone.
How long do I have to commit?
No minimum. You can stop with 30 days' notice.
Can I hire them onto my own payroll instead?
Yes. Tell us at the start and we'll quote a one-off direct hire fee instead of the monthly price.
How do I know which price applies to my role?
Tell us the job. Your free hiring plan shows the price, what the same hire would cost in the US, and when you'd meet candidates, within 48 hours.
How we recruit
Do you have people ready to start?
We search for each job from scratch, so you get people who fit your job, not whoever happens to be free.
How do you test candidates?
A phone screen, a skills test using real work from the job, an interview with us, and reference checks.
What do I see before I interview?
The best few candidates, with our notes on each one: experience, test results and how they did in our interview.
What happens if the hire doesn't work out?
We find someone new at no extra cost.
