Benchwell ("we", "us") recruits professionals in Pakistan for companies and practices in the United States. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through benchwellhq.com.

- Company enquiries: your name, work email, company or practice name, the role you're hiring for and anything you write in the message box.
- Job applications: your name, email, the role you're applying for, your years of experience, a link to your CV or LinkedIn, and anything you write in the message box.
- Basic site statistics: anonymous counts of page visits. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the hiring plan or information you asked for.
- To consider you for roles if you applied as a candidate.
- To understand which pages are useful, using anonymous statistics.
We don't sell your information. We don't share candidate details with a client without the candidate's permission.
Services we use
- Web3Forms delivers the forms on this site to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics.
These services process your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we're in contact with you and for a reasonable time afterwards. We keep candidate applications for up to 2 years so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Use the contact form on any page and tell us what you'd like us to do.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the information you send us is limited to the Benchwell team.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
